Folder Redirection in Vista

One of the delegates in our EVO breakout session mentioned he was having problems with Folder Redirection in Vista. I will look to put a guide up if I can find one else can someone help?

I've uploaded a document from Microsoft regarding this. Still looking for the actual blog post I remember seeing a while back on the exact problem.
