I found some great information on the new features of the new TCP stack; or the "Next Generation TCP/IP Stack" as Microsoft seem to like calling it. More information is at the link below. Looks pretty impressive!

The Cable Guy's always a good read for anything to do with new developments within the networking arena. Highly recommended.
