Its GONE!
Seems like the Watermark will be an option in the next versions of Silverlight so its been dropped for the time being until, hopefully, the next beta. Luckily you can still download the source code for the watermarked textbox, with Kathy Kam filling us with all the details

Kit3d is pretty good, we played around and had some fun with that. But it's for SL 1.
For the moment, we're going to write some HTTP Handlers to do the image processing based on some querystring parameters, and use them as the image source. SL just needs to do the text mapping now.

Is it possible to load a JPEG file into memory, make changes to it, and then use it as a texture map for an object?
