    Hi Ray Day to day work has not shown up any real difference had to reinstall a few drivers on usb camera etc, but that was to be expected. As far as the kernel is concerned I don't think it has been fully re-engineered from what i have seen, however a number of API's have been introduced which should help the independent software ...

    I have an MSDN subscription and have just downloaded NOW Thursday a day early!!!!!!  Will be installing Vista's service pack 1 tonight.

    Hi Ray Yep! Vista SP1 has now been shipped (RTM) but by all accounts we will not be able to download for another 6 weeks, offical release is due same as Server 2008, according to the latest info.
